By downloading or using the TypingSathi software, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities while using our software. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use the software.
2. Account Terms
● TypingSathi does not require users to create an account or log in to use the software.
● User information is collected only during checkout, and only if voluntarily submitted. It is not mandatory to provide personal details to use the software.
3. License & Acceptable Use Policy
● A paid license grants access to the full version of TypingSathi for personal use only by the original purchaser on one device.
● Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or redistributing the software or the activation key in any form.
● Violation of this policy, including unauthorized sharing, will result in immediate cancellation of the license without refund.
● License validity is limited to the specific device and system configuration at the time of activation.
4. Software Usage & Trial Version
● TypingSathi offers a trial version for users to evaluate the software before purchase.
● By purchasing the full version, users confirm that they are satisfied with the trial and understand the features offered.
● The full version does not include time limitations but is subject to the activation and license terms below.
5. Activation Key & Device Binding Policy
● Activation keys are issued based on a unique Product ID, which identifies your current device and operating system version.
● The activation key is valid only on that specific combination.
○ Reinstalling or upgrading to a different version of Windows, or replacing system hardware, may invalidate the license.
○ The license will be considered terminated if the Windows version or hardware is changed after activation.
● Only one activation key will be issued per Product ID and license purchase.
● TypingSathi is not responsible for loss of access due to:
○ Loss of activation key
○ Data corruption, malware, antivirus interference
○ Disk crashes or OS reinstallation
● Users are advised to securely store their activation key and avoid unnecessary system changes during the license period.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
● All content, designs, lessons, texts, and the software itself are the exclusive property of TypingSathi.
● You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or use any part of the software or its content outside of personal use within the application.
● Any violation of our copyrights or trademarks will result in legal action.
● TypingSathi uses the Razorpay payment gateway, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
● If you experience a successful payment but do not receive access to the full version, please contact our support immediately.
● For refund or cancellation, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
● TypingSathi is provided "as is" without any warranty, either express or implied.
● We do not guarantee that the software will meet every user’s needs or be free from all errors.
● We are not liable for indirect damages, including data loss, system failure, or missed opportunities due to software use.
9. Assessment Accuracy Note
TypingSathi provides practice materials to help users improve their typing speed and prepare for competitive exams. While we aim to offer realistic and helpful practice, the content in the software is not an exact replica of any official exam.
● The question pattern, difficulty level, total marks, and format in actual government or recruitment exams may vary from what is shown in our software.
● Our mock tests and exercises are created independently for educational purposes, using general memory-based patterns and publicly known formats.
● We do not represent, associate with, or claim any endorsement from official recruiting agencies, government departments, or examination authorities.
● Users should treat the content as supportive practice, not a guaranteed reflection of actual exams.10. Termination & Cancellation
