Refund and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription to the TypingSathi software, you agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions governing the use of our product, including the policies outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds can only be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify:

●​ The activation key must not be used or applied on any machine.

●​ Refund requests made after 7 days or after key activation will not be considered under any circumstances.

2. No Refund on Activated Licenses

Once an activation key has been generated and used to unlock the software, it is considered a final sale.​

Activated keys cannot be unlinked, revoked, or reused on other systems, hence no refunds will be issued for used licenses.

3. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

We do not provide refunds for accidental, duplicate, or change-of-mind purchases. Please verify your system compatibility and requirements before making payment.

4. No Refunds for System-Related Issues

TypingSathi is a desktop-based software, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure their system supports installation and operation.​

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

●​ Operating system reinstallation or upgrade

●​ Hardware replacement or formatting

●​ Loss of data due to antivirus, malware, or disk corruption

●​ Software crashes caused by third-party tools or settings

5. Violation of Usage Terms

If a user is found to have shared, distributed, or attempted to misuse the activation key, their subscription will be terminated immediately without refund.

6. Support First Approach

In case of any installation, activation, or usability issues, users are expected to contact our support team first.​If our team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered - subject to the terms above.

If a refund is approved:

●​ The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

●​ Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment

gateway
