By purchasing a subscription to the TypingSathi software, you agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions governing the use of our product, including the policies outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds : Website Purchases
Customers who purchase a TypingSathi license through our website may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the license key has not been activated or used.
Once the license key has been activated or used, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. No Refund on Activated Licenses
Activated keys cannot be unlinked, revoked, or reused on other systems, hence no refunds will be issued for used licenses.
3. Eligibility for Refunds : WhatsApp / Phone Purchases
For purchases made through WhatsApp, phone calls, or other direct/manual payment methods, a refund may be requested only before the license key is generated and issued.
Once a license key has been generated and issued to the customer, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether the key has been activated or used.

4. Accidental, Duplicate, or Change-of-Mind Purchases
We do not provide refunds for accidental, duplicate, or change-of-mind purchases once the license key has been generated and issued. Please verify your system compatibility, requirements, and selected plan before making payment.
5. No Refunds for System-Related Issues
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
● Software crashes caused by third-party tools or settings
6. Violation of Usage Terms
If a user is found to have shared, distributed, or attempted to misuse the license key, their subscription will be terminated immediately without refund.
