End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TypingSathi (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your use of the TypingSathi software.

By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install or use the software.

1. License Grant

TypingSathi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the software on one computer device (desktop or laptop), strictly for personal or educational purposes. This license is valid for the duration of the subscription purchased.

2. Activation Key & Machine Binding

●​ The activation key is bound to your machine’s Product ID and the current version of your Windows OS.

●​ If the OS is reinstalled or changed, or if hardware is altered, the key may become invalid.

●​ TypingSathi is not responsible for key deactivation due to system crashes, malware, disk corruption, accidental uninstalls, or reinstallations.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

● Resell, distribute, or share the software or activation key.​

● Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.​

● Use the software for commercial or training center use without permission.​

● Install the software on more than one device using the same key.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license with no refund.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, lessons, exercises, and code in TypingSathi are intellectual property of TypingSathi. You do not own the software; you only license its use.​

All copyrights, logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials remain with us.

You must not use or reproduce the practice materials outside the software environment.

5. Acceptable Use

●​ The software must be used ethically and legally.

●​ You agree to use the software as intended and refrain from exploiting bugs or features for misuse.

6. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy.​

We do not collect any personal data during regular software use. Personal details (name, email, phone, billing state) may be collected voluntarily during checkout for activation or support purposes.​

Payment data is handled securely by Razorpay, and we never store card or UPI credentials.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

●​ Purchasing the software means you agree to all terms, including this EULA.

●​ Refunds are only applicable if:

         ○​ Requested within 7 days of purchase

         ○​ Activation key has not been used

●​ Once activated, no refund will be provided.

●​ Sharing or misusing activation keys will result in license termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

TypingSathi is provided "as is", without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.​

We do not guarantee:
●​ That it will meet all users’ expectations

●​ That it will be completely error-free or uninterrupted

●​ The absolute accuracy of typing exercises or mock test simulations

9. Assessment Accuracy Disclaimer

The mock tests, assessments, and practice exercises provided in the software are based on memory-based questions and do not represent official recruitment tests.​ TypingSathi does not claim affiliation with any government recruitment body, commission, or examination authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TypingSathi be liable for:

●​ Loss of data

●​ System issues due to external factors (e.g., antivirus, crashes)

●​ Indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software license.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license:

●​ If the activation key is shared or misused

●​ If any clause of this agreement is violated

Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies. No refund will be

given.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
